Meet Dr. Martini

Headshot of Dr. Stephanie Martini Smiling A Bay Area native, Dr. Stephanie Martini grew up in Marin County. After spending her childhood across the Golden Gate, she continued on to attend University of Nevada, Reno where she played collegiate soccer for four years. She then went to pursue her passion of helping patients with their oral health at University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Martini has held leadership positions in the community with San Francisco Dental Society and on the state level with California Dental Association, and she is involved with mission trip work as well, having traveled to Jamaica on two occasions to provide dental treatment to the local communities. Dr. Martini is passionate about patient education and helping patients have a comfortable dental experience. She brings a high level of nurturing care to all the areas of dentistry she practices. She believes in comprehensive evidence-based dentistry and effective collaboration with patients to meet their dental needs.

She has always been an avid artist, using her hands to create artwork she would show case in her school and the local Marin county fairs. Dr. Martini enjoys San Francisco and considers the Bay Area her forever home. She plays soccer here in San Francisco for the Olympic Club and you can find her spending time with her family where they enjoy cooking Italian food and entertaining.

In fact, some studies show that up to 75% of Americans experience some level of dental related fear and 20% avoid dental care because of it. If you have a fear of dental work, we want you to know that making you feel comfortable and safe at our office is our first priority. Dental anxieties and phobias present themselves in a wide variety of ways, and specific fears vary from person to person. Dental anxiety may be mild to moderate, and often takes the form of a general sense of worry and apprehension when thinking about an upcoming procedure.
